As someone who\u2019s been helping clients navigate Middle Tennessee\u2019s real estate landscape since 2005, I\u2019m seeing more opportunities for buyers to negotiate\u2014whether that\u2019s thanks to increased inventory or creative incentives from builders, like mortgage-rate buydowns and price adjustments. With more homes to choose from, there\u2019s finally room to compare options instead of feeling pressured to make snap decisions. Elevated mortgage rates are still giving some buyers pause, so it\u2019s important to weigh the pros and cons and take advantage of any flexibility in negotiations. I always enjoy guiding clients through these evolving conditions, drawing on my experience as a broker and my involvement with the Women\u2019s Council of Realtors.
